By accessing or using GroundCRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our service.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GroundCRM for your business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Modify or copy our materials
• Use the materials for commercial purposes outside of your subscription
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws
• Providing accurate and complete information

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Founding Member pricing is locked in for the lifetime of your continuous subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

GroundCRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to your data, and we will not sell or share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We will provide you with access to export your data for 30 days after termination.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
